Milk kefir power drink

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g berries of your choice, possibly mixed, unsweetened
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp acacia honey
  • 1 tsp linseed oil
  • 2 tsp oat bran
  • 0.38 liters kefir (milk kefir), possibly more

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel all the fruit and wash it if it’s fresh (I like to use frozen berries and put them in the blender while still frozen… delicious!). Place all the fruit in the blender. Add the lemon juice, acacia honey, and the milk kefir and blend briefly and vigorously. Stir in the oat bran and linseed oil. Pour the drink into 2 large glasses and enjoy!
