Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g biscuits (Oreo biscuits)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 350 g chocolate coating, milk or dark chocolate
  • 100 g white chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Roughly crumble the Oreos by hand and mix them with the room-temperature cream cheese. Blend with a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and dark brown. Refrigerate this cream for at least 45 minutes. Carefully melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. Meanwhile, line two large plates with parchment paper. Roll the cream cheese mixture into balls about 2-3 cm in size and carefully cover them with chocolate. If desired, decorate the truffles with stripes of melted white chocolate. Place on the plates and let them cool thoroughly before eating, preferably overnight. Please always keep the truffles refrigerated!
