Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g meat sausage, finely chopped
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 4 tbsp mixed vegetables (Mexico Mix from Bonduelle)
- 1 large onion(s), sliced into rings
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 5 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 4 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
- 5 tbsp vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ½ cucumber(s), diced
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the sausage, cheese, diced bell peppers, mixed Mexican vegetables, onions, and diced cucumber in a bowl and mix. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the salad. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours before serving.
