Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 banana(s), ripe, well mashed
  • 50 g chocolate shavings (dark)
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp clove powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg blossom (Macis)
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Fat for the mold
  • e.g. couverture (chocolate)

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy use of leftover bananas

Beat the butter and sugar well. Gradually beat in the eggs. Add the mashed bananas. Combine the grated chocolate, spices, baking powder, and baking soda with the flour and stir in. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C on the bottom rack for approximately 45-55 minutes. Once cooled, cover with chocolate coating.
