Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g meat sausage, finely chopped
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 4 tbsp mixed vegetables (Mexico Mix from Bonduelle)
  • 1 large onion(s), sliced ​​into rings
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 5 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • ½ cucumber(s), diced
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the sausage, cheese, diced bell peppers, mixed Mexican vegetables, onions, and diced cucumber in a bowl and mix. Blend the remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over the salad. Let it marinate for at least 4 hours before serving.
