Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp honey
- almond(s) (almond leaves) if required
Instructions

healthy, quick dessert
Wash one apple per person. Then quarter, core, and cut into wedges. Fry them in a nonstick pan without oil for a few minutes. If desired, brown a few almond flakes in the pan. As soon as they begin to soften, remove from the pan, arrange on a plate, and spread a tablespoon of honey over the apples. Serve immediately. Delicious as a snack! For dessert after a large meal, the portions can of course be reduced and/or served with a scoop of ice cream.
