Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 3 banana(s), very ripe, mashed
  • 250 g flour, sifted
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 60 g walnuts, chopped
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recipe from the USA

Cream the butter and sugar together. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the peanut butter and bananas. Mix the flour with the baking soda and nuts and stir in alternately with the milk. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake at 170°C for 70 minutes.
