Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • ½ cup(s) oil
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 cup(s) brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • 1 cup(s) flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup(s) walnuts, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) white chocolate (drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 175 degrees (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Heat oil and milk over low heat until melted. Remove from heat, add brown sugar and egg. Stir well. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the oil mixture. Fold in vanilla and walnuts. Spread evenly on a deep baking sheet (or brownie pan), bake at 175 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool, then cut into brownies.
