Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 400 g flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- Water, warm
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mash the bananas into a paste. Mix with the flour and a little warm water (careful, the batter shouldn’t be runny) until a smooth batter forms. Add the sugar and salt and mix well. Form into small discs and fry in hot oil, preferably in a deep fryer.
