Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g margarine
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt (low-fat), 150 g
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, instant (e.g. Kaba)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened, not instant
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch of clove(s), ground
  • Fat for the mold
  • e.g. cake icing (chocolate) or powdered sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour into a greased loaf pan (double the amount of everything will fit in a springform pan). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with chocolate icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tip: This also makes a great decoration for children.
