- 200 g flour

- 100 g desiccated coconut
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) or 165°C (fan). Grease and flour a brownie pan or small baking sheet. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and gently melt it with the butter in a double boiler, stirring constantly. Sift the flour, pudding powder, baking soda, and baking powder into a bowl, mix well, and set aside. Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until frothy. Stir in the sour cream and sour cream. Then add the butter-chocolate mixture and mix everything well. Finally, fold in the flour mixture and mix everything thoroughly. For the crumble topping, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until crumbly. Pour the chocolate batter into the pan or sheet, spread the crumble on top, and bake for about 25 minutes. When the brownies are ready, remove from the oven, let cool, cut into pieces, and enjoy.
