Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 350 g minced beef
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp oil for brushing
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 slices of Chester cheese
  • 4 rolls (milk rolls)

Peel and finely dice the onion. Knead well with the minced meat, breadcrumbs, and milk. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard. Form the dough into four patties and brush with oil. Cook under the preheated grill for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and top with tomato slices and cheese slices. Grill again until the cheese melts.
