Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 100 g wheat flour
- 170 g cornstarch
- ½ tsp, leveled baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 g Nutella, room temperature
- possibly cake icing (chocolate glaze)
Instructions

incredibly crumbly nougat cookies
First, melt the butter. Mix the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the Nutella, preferably at room temperature. Finally, pour the butter over the cookies and whisk to form a dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Using two teaspoons, drop the dough into small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. You’ll need about 2-3 sheets. After about 15 minutes, remove them from the oven and let them cool. If you like, you can also cover the cookies with chocolate. They taste wonderful as they are, too.
