Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chanterelles, fresh
- 2 large onions
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some wine
- 2 cups of cream
- salt and pepper
- oil
- Fondor
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the diced onions until translucent. Add the cleaned chanterelles and sauté until the liquid has evaporated. Add the tomato paste and fry, then deglaze with a generous splash of wine. Add the cream and season, then simmer until the mushrooms are tender. Serve with bread dumplings, spaetzle, or tagliatelle/pasta.
