Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 225 g cream cheese, soft
- 125 ml sour cream, plain or sour cream
- 250 ml chicken broth
- 1 ½ kg potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- 6 slices of ham (smoked ham)
- 225 g Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
- 250 g peas (frozen)
- Fat for the mold

Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth. Stir in the potatoes, smoked ham, 100g of the 225g Cheddar cheese, and the peas. Pour the mixture into a large greased casserole dish and sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar cheese. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 1 hour. The potatoes should be tender. This casserole is delicious with both meat and fish.
