Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 ml millet
  • 50 ml buckwheat
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tsp broth, granulated
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Oil (vegetable oil), for frying
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Bring the grains and water to a boil in a pot. Add the finely chopped onion and the remaining spices, and simmer until the water is completely absorbed into the grains. Stir occasionally. Let the resulting porridge cool, then form it into small patties with your hands. Fry them in a little oil in a pan.
