Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g quark, low-fat
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 600 g apples, sour
  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the dough, combine the quark, oil, egg, milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix the flour with the baking powder and knead in. Peel the apples, core them, and cut them into wedges. Roll out the dough in a 28 cm springform pan and top with the apple slices. For the crumble, quickly knead the softened butter with the sugar, cinnamon, and flour into a dough and crumble it with your hands. Spread the crumble over the cake and bake at 200°C fan oven for about 30 minutes. Tip: You’ll need double the amount for one baking sheet.
