Quick cheesecake without a base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g butter
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp semolina
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients (the butter should be at room temperature) and pour into a springform pan. Bake for one hour at approximately 150°C. It’s so simple, but always a hit! So go ahead and give it a try!
