Weetabix – Balls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g muesli (Weetabix)
  • 200 g margarine
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 210 g flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder, sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 350 g couverture or chocolate
  • Cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Crumble the Weetabix. Mix all the dry ingredients thoroughly. Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy, then stir in the dry mixture. Knead with your hands until smooth. Form small balls, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. Let them cool thoroughly. If you like, you can now warm the chocolate coating or chocolate in a water bath, dip the balls individually, and let them drain on a wire rack. When the chocolate coating begins to set, you can roll them in cocoa powder. No matter which version you try, they’re all delicious.
