Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g butter, soft
- 100 g cornstarch
- 100 sugar, brown
- n. B. Vanilla flavor
- 2 eggs
- 200 g flour
- 100 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
- 50 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 350 g white chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 200 g pistachios, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with white chocolate and oat flakes
Combine butter, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time. In another bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, and baking soda, then stir into the batter. Now fold in the chocolate and pistachios and drop the batter, one teaspoon at a time, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 175°C.
