Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp syrup (maple syrup)
- 1 tbsp mustard, horseradish, hot
- 4 tbsp vinegar, red wine
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for two hours and serve with salad or raw vegetables.
