Broiler in aluminum foil

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken (broiler, chicken, hen)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for brushing
  • Paprika powder
  • Mustard
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Lightly rub the inside of the broiler with a mixture of salt, pepper, and paprika, and add the well-washed parsley to the inside of the broiler. Cream the butter until fluffy, add 1 teaspoon of mustard, the grated onion, lemon juice, salt, sweet paprika, and a pinch of sugar, and mix everything well. Brush the outside of the broiler with this butter mixture and place it on a suitably sized piece of aluminum foil that has been lightly coated with oil. Fold the edges of the foil upwards to prevent the meat juices from running out and cook the broiler in a pan without fat at approximately 230 degrees Celsius. Place the finished broiler on a platter, remove the aluminum foil, and serve the chicken with its natural juices and tender vegetables or salad and white bread.
