Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark
- 250 g flour
- 4 egg yolks
- Salt
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml mineral water
- 4 egg whites
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the quark, flour, egg yolks, salt, milk, and mineral water into a batter. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Heat the oil and fry into thin pancakes.
