Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Recipe from my grandma, very quick to prepare

Melt the butter in a large, deep pan. Then add the milk, enough to cover the bottom of the pan, and bring to a boil. Add the raw pasta and spread the sour cream over the pasta. Season well with salt. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes until the milk has evaporated and the sour cream has a crust. It’s very quick and a very inexpensive recipe from my grandma!
