Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (croissants)
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 2 packs of light sauce (total 1/2 liter)
  • ½ pack of cheese (cream cheese)
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • ½ jar pickle(s) (large jar)
  • Cucumber juice
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the tuna and tear it into pieces, then dice the ham and cucumber. Prepare the sauce according to the instructions or make your own ½ liter of light sauce (see recipes in the database). Add the cream cheese to the hot sauce and let it melt. Add a quarter or half of the cucumbers, season well with the cucumber juices, and let the sauce simmer for a while on the lowest heat. Drain the pasta and mix with the tuna, ham, and the remaining cucumbers. Place everything in a baking dish, pour the sauce over it, and sprinkle with the cheese. Place the casserole in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) until the cheese has melted and browned. Tip: for a change, you can also add mushrooms to this casserole.
