delicious cake slices with apples and walnuts

Grease a baking pan (approx. 15 x 25 cm or similar) and chill. Peel, quarter, core, and slice the apples. For the batter, beat the eggs with salt, cane sugar, and honey until creamy. Mix the flour with nuts and baking powder, then stir in the butter and yogurt. Pour into the greased pan. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Top the batter with the apple slices and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes. (Use a toothpick to check if the apples are cooked through!) Let cool and then cut into cubes or rectangles like brownies.
