Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 750 g minced meat, lean beef
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 ml cream
  • 125 g cheese, grated
  • 1 bread roll, soaked and squeezed
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper and garlic
  • 200 g bacon, sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy and drain on kitchen paper. Sauté the mushrooms and onions in the bacon fat until translucent and let cool slightly. In a bowl, combine the minced meat, egg, cream, crumbled bacon, grated cheese, and the soaked bread roll; season to taste. Pour into a loaf pan and bake for about an hour.
