Breaded schnitzel with horseradish

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 schnitzel (turkey or pork)
  • 1 tbsp horseradish (creamed horseradish), possibly more
  • n. B. Flour
  • e.g. breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. oil or fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with creamed horseradish instead of egg and fresh horseradish

Coat the schnitzel in flour, season with salt and pepper, and spread with creamed horseradish. Then coat it generously with breadcrumbs. Now simply place it in the heated oil/fat and proceed as with any other breaded schnitzel. A green salad with chive, yogurt, and lemon dressing tastes particularly refreshing. I’ve also eaten it with fries.
