Fresh soured sesame oil cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder, Korean (Gotchugaru)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, dark
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds, roasted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Oyi Seng Tshe

Halve the cucumber and slice it with a mandoline. Add the salt and let it stand for about 20 minutes. Squeeze the water out of the cucumber slices. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a marinade and pour it over the cucumber slices.
