Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ring/s of meat sausage (Lyoner)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp chives
- ½ jar red wine
- 1 cup of cream
- 40 g fat
- 40 g flour
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the Lyoner sausage and cut into strips. Coat the strips in flour and fry. Chop the onion and garlic and add them. Chop the mushrooms and add them as well. Deglaze with red wine, add cream, and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with chives and serve. Tastes great with pasta or simply with baguette.
