Ingredients for 40 servings:
- 500 g butter
- 500 g sugar
- 400 g chocolate, dark
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 160 g cocoa powder
- 300 g nuts, ground

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
super chocolatey brownies with a soft, moist interior
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan while stirring. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the chocolate mixture, flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and nuts one at a time. Spread the batter on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 25 minutes. Note: The batter should still stick slightly to the wooden skewer, then the brownies are perfect. For smaller baking pans, use half the batter; otherwise, the brownies will be too thick and won’t be fluffy.
