Brownies with creamy peanut filling
Grease a rectangular baking dish measuring approximately 18 x 25 cm. Chill. Roughly chop the roasted peanuts. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). For the batter, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Set aside. Meanwhile, beat the peanut butter with the cream cheese, sugar, and egg until creamy. Then stir the butter into the melted chocolate. Set aside. Beat the eggs until fluffy, then add the sugar and beat until thick and creamy. Stir in the slightly cooled chocolate mixture. Mix the flour and cocoa powder, sift over the mixture, and fold in the milk. Pour about 2/3 of the batter into the prepared dish and sprinkle with half of the peanuts. Spread the peanut butter on top, then spread the remaining batter on top and marble it slightly with a fork. Sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top. Cut into rectangular pieces. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
