Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 fish fillets (herring fillets from the package in oil)
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Pour the sour cream into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then dice the apple and onion, cut the herring fillets into bite-sized pieces, and add them. Mix well and let stand.
