Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate coating
- 200 g flour (wheat flour type 1050)
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 1 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 g butter
- 120 g brown sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely grate the chocolate coating. Combine the flour, hazelnuts, lemon zest, baking powder, and chocolate coating. Mix the butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually beat the eggs into the butter and sugar mixture. Stir in the flour and chocolate mixture. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Using a teaspoon, drop the dough into small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack.
