- Caraway seeds

- marjoram
- Clarified butter

I always make this dish when I’ve had beef broth. This way, I can also use the meat from the broth. It’s best to cook the potatoes the day before. Finely dice the onion, leftover meat, and sausage. Sauté the onion in clarified butter, add the meat and sausage, and cook briefly. Deglaze with a little more broth, if desired. Now add the sliced potatoes, season, and toss until the potatoes are nicely browned and crispy. Serve with a green salad.
