Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 large onion(s), chopped
- 1 bunch of leeks, cut into rings, only the light green part
- 1 large garlic clove(s), chopped
- 2 kaffir lime leaves, preferably torn
- 1 can coconut milk
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the minced meat in a wok or large pan in the oil, add the onions and leeks after a while, then briefly fry the garlic. Deglaze with the stock, then add the coconut milk, lime leaves, and chili and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat. Finally, season with soy sauce and salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with spaghetti.
