Curry noodles with chicken

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 chicken fillet(s) (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • 60 g Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp flour
  • ½ tsp curry powder
  • 5 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • possibly sambal oelek
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the meat, pat dry, and dice. Peel and chop the garlic. Add the noodles to boiling salted water, remove from the heat, and let them swell for about 4 minutes, or cook according to the package instructions. Drain and let them drain. Fry the fillet in hot oil for about 6 minutes on all sides. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and fry the garlic in the frying fat. Briefly sweat in the flour and curry powder. Stir in 1/4 l water and the cream. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix the meat with the curry sauce and noodles and heat briefly. Season with soy sauce, vinegar, sambal oelek, and sugar.
