Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 point bacon
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 400 g sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • Parmesan
  • n. B. Cheese (Gouda), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their jacket potatoes. Then quarter them with the skin on and place them in a baking dish. Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan. Spread it over the potatoes. Peel the onion, cut it into half rings, and add it to the potatoes. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, Parmesan cheese (if desired), and the seasonings, and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
