Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- ¼ liter of milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 80 g fat or
- 6 tbsp oil
- 4 cups sour cream or sour cream
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- 2 bunches of chives
- some caraway seeds (optional)

Classic preparation of yeast dough: mix all ingredients and knead. The dough should not be too dry or too moist. This recipe is for a large baking tray but can be adapted for pizza trays (then use approx. 350g flour). Yeast dough does not have to rise!! For the topping: whisk everything together and spread on the rolled out dough, then scatter chives (finely chopped) over the mixture, scatter a few caraway seeds on top and finally scatter a few flakes of butter over the mixture (for moisture). Bake at 220°C for approx. 20-30 minutes. Great for parties and quick and easy to make.
