Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 limes, juice
- 1 tsp, leveled cane sugar
- 3 cm ginger, grated
- 10 chili peppers, sliced into rings
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
The sauce can also be used as a marinade for meat or as a dressing for salads.
Mix all ingredients together and place in a sealable jar in the refrigerator.
