Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 small bananas, slightly green
- 900 ml coconut milk, thin
- 150 g sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Slice the bananas lengthwise, then halve the slices. Pour the coconut milk into a saucepan, add salt and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, add the bananas, and cook for 2 minutes, then remove from the heat. Serve warm or cold in the coconut milk.
