Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 piece(s) pork schnitzel, freshly fried
- 50 g hollandaise sauce
- some peppercorns, green
- ½ tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 slice(s) cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place a slice of cheese on the freshly cooked schnitzel. Mix the hollandaise sauce with the ketchup and peppercorns and pour it over the schnitzel. Make sure the schnitzel is covered (otherwise it will turn black). Top with the gratin!
