Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bratwursts, coarse (e.g. Palatinate, Thuringian, farmer’s bratwurst)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp oil
- curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 minute; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 21 minutes
Let the sausages simmer in hot water for 10 minutes. Dry them and rub them all over with mustard. Then fry them in a pan with a little hot oil until crispy. They’ll taste much more savory. They’ll get even spicier if you sprinkle some curry powder on the fried sausages.
