Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ liter of water
- 5 tbsp olive oil (the dough is also great for pizza)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 200 g ham, diced
- 2 onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Knead all ingredients into a smooth yeast dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. In the meantime, slice the onions into rings, roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet, and pull up the edges. Spread the sour cream over the dough, then arrange the onion rings and diced ham on top. Bake at 190°C (convection oven) for approximately 25-35 minutes. The edges should be golden brown.
