Stockholm ham pan

Spread the love

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg boneless smoked pork
  • 4 onions
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 1 can/n mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the smoked pork in one piece, ideally in a roasting bag in the oven. Then cut into thin slices and place in a casserole dish. Chop and sauté the onions. Add the mushrooms and bell pepper (chopped and without liquid) to the onions, stir, and pour over the meat. Mix the sour cream, cream, and chili sauce and add to the mixture. Cook uncovered at 225 degrees Celsius for 1/2 to 3/4 hour. If you don’t preheat, cook a little longer. I hope the amount of meat is correct; I always estimate it more or less with the butcher.
