Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g mushrooms, fresh
  • ¾ onion(s) or 1/4 vegetable onion
  • 15 g butter
  • 150 g processed cheese with herbs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 120 g salami
  • 120 g ham, cooked
  • 4 rolls
  • 2 tbsp parsley (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Baked rolls

Boil the two eggs hard. Then rinse in cold water and let cool. Peel and dice. Clean the fresh mushrooms and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Melt the butter in a small pan. Sauté the mushrooms and onions until soft. Remove the pan from the heat and let cool. Mix the cream cheese with the milk until creamy. Cut the salami and cooked ham into small cubes and mix into the cream cheese. Add the mushroom and onion mixture and fold in. Finally, mix the egg cubes into the cream cheese. No additional seasoning is necessary—the ingredients are flavorful enough. Now halve the rolls and spread them with the cheese mixture. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the middle rack for about 10-15 minutes. After about 7-8 minutes, sprinkle with some parsley. Serve the rolls as warm as possible.
