Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base (fruit base)
  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 1 tbsp pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Make a pudding from the pudding mix with 500 ml milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar according to the package instructions. At the same time, bring the cherries to a boil with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Mix 1 tablespoon of pudding mix with 2 tablespoons of milk and add to the cherries. Bring to a boil briefly and remove from the heat. The vanilla pudding and the morello cherries should be ready at the same time. Then pour the vanilla pudding onto the cake base and place the cherries on top in small dollops. Be careful—this must be done quickly! Allow to cool completely before serving.
