Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1,000 g Camembert(s)
- 6 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ pkt. butter
- salt and pepper
- some sweet paprika powder
- Caraway, ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
The Camembert should be relatively soft. Remove the outer crust with a knife or potato peeler. Place it in a salad bowl and add thinly sliced butter. Finely dice the onion and garlic and add it, along with salt, pepper, paprika, and caraway seeds, if desired. Then blend thoroughly. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It will keep for at least 3 days.
