Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. spirelli)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 cups crème fraîche with herbs
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Finely dice the onion and sauté it in a little oil in a pan. Add the ground beef and fry until crumbly. Add the cooked pasta. Add the crème fraîche and parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
