Indian peppermint sauce with yogurt

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of peppermint
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 300 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop peppermint, chopped onion, cumin, and coriander together in a food processor and then mix with the yogurt (not reduced-fat!). It’s quick and delicious with chicken or simply with paratha, an Indian bread. Do not substitute cumin for caraway seeds—it’s a completely different spice!
